experience in caring for customers. We will get
to the core of any problem as soon as possible to get
things resolved.
Your
assigned service person is available to make monthly
service calls, help you with employee meetings, make
sure you are provided adequate supplies, forms etc. upon
request. They will help resolve your billing concerns
and any claims issues. They automatically start
renewal procedures 60 to 90 days prior to your renewal
date.
Call
your servicing team member (not the insurance company)
for answers to all your questions. Your call is
returned promptly. Our servicing team is ready to
assist you when you call. Many times a claim is
simply filed incorrectly. Let us handle the
“headaches” for you. We realize your time is
